Edward Michael Grosz (born February 16, 1945 in Buffalo ) is an American clergyman and emeritus Roman Catholic auxiliary bishop in Buffalo .

Life

Edward Michael Grosz was ordained a priest on May 29, 1971 .

Pope John Paul II appointed him on November 22, 1989 auxiliary bishop in Buffalo and titular bishop of Morosbisdus . The Bishop of Buffalo, Edward Dennis Head , ordained him episcopal on February 2 of the next year ; Co- consecrators were Donald Walter Trautman , Bishop of Erie , and Bernard Joseph McLaughlin , Auxiliary Bishop Emeritus in Buffalo.

On March 2, 2020, Pope Francis accepted Edward Michael Grosz's resignation due to reasons of age.
