Egidio Nkaijanabwo (born August 29, 1935 in Rugazi ) is Bishop Emeritus of Kasese .

Life

Egidio Nkaijanabwo was ordained a priest on May 28, 1961 .

Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Kasese on March 6, 1989 . The Archbishop of Kampala , Emmanuel Kiwanuka Cardinal Nsubuga , donated him episcopal consecration on June 17th of the same year; Co- consecrators were Serapio Bwemi Magambo , Bishop of Fort Portal , and John Baptist Kakubi , Bishop of Mbarara .

Pope Francis accepted his age-related resignation on April 15, 2014.
