The listed , two-story building has a steep hipped roof , the adjacent garage has a flat roof .

The entrance with a flight of stairs and a canopy slab is in the middle of the street view. The windows are moved to the edges of the building, they are framed on both sides by clinker-brick flank fields. In the garden view there is a massive verandah extension with an exit on top; the windows in this view are mostly laid out.

The cubature and the formation of the facades of the plastered building standing on a concrete base show echoes of the New Objectivity style .

Today the house has two residential units: The upper floor has its own entrance door on the north side, to which an iron spiral staircase leads.
