Carl Beinert

Carl Christian Beinert (born January 15, 1793 in Woitsdorf near Bernstadt an der Weide , † December 20, 1868 in Bad Charlottenbrunn ) was a German pharmacist and geologist in Charlottenbrunn.

Life

Carl Beinert was the stately fountain and bath inspector and royal fountain and bath police inspector in Charlottenbrunn. On October 8, 1857, Beinert was elected to the German Academy of Sciences Leopoldina . He corresponded with numerous scientists from different countries, including the President of the Geological Society of London .
