Facility broadcasting
Establishment broadcasting , also means radio , furnishing radio or facilities Television called, is broadcasting within facilities (such as hospitals , catering, shops, possibly even colleges ) when the transmissions can be received only there and in functional connection with the stand in these facilities tasks to be performed (see Section 20 (3 ) RStV ).
Institutional broadcasting generally requires approval under broadcasting law . In exceptional cases, no approval is required if the distribution is limited to a single building or a complex of buildings that belong together (so-called minor broadcasting). In addition, in most of the German federal states and in Austria, facility broadcasting (as well as event broadcasting ) has simplified regulations for admission.
