Eirik Køpp (born January 10, 1996 in Kristiansand , Norway ) is a Norwegian handball player who plays in the handball Bundesliga for VfL Gummersbach .

Career

Kopp played until the year 2016 in the highest Norwegian league, the Postenligaen , when ØIF Arendal in southern Norway Arendal with whom he in the seasons 2013/2014 and 2015/2016 in the EHF Cup aground. For the 2016/2017 season, Eirik Køpp moved to league competitor Haslum HK before he was signed by German Bundesliga club VfL Gummersbach for summer 2017 in February 2017 . For the 2019/20 season he is moving to the Norwegian club Kristiansand Topphåndball .

National team

Eirik Køpp played 16 caps for the Norwegian junior international. At the Junior World Championships in Brazil in 2015 , he was nominated for the All-Star Team.
