The Hagstaffelweiher area is a nature reserve designated by ordinance of September 14, 1988 (NSG number 3.165) in the Baden-Württemberg district of Konstanz in Germany .
location
The approximately eight hectares large nature reserve Hagstaffelweiher is one natural area to Hegau . It is located in the district of Dettingen in the area of the city of Constance at an average altitude of 463 m above sea level. NHN .
Protection purpose
The main protection purpose is “the preservation of a silting mesotrophic lake with near-natural, well-zoned vegetation up to the dry slopes of the drumlins as an important breeding, resting and feeding area for many birds, which, due to its inaccessibility, is an irreplaceable retreat for rare and endangered plants and animals educates. "
