Eiskalte Engel 3 (Original title: Cruel Intentions 3 ) is an erotic thriller from  2004 and was released directly on DVD or video. The film is mostly about seduction, deception and revenge. The film was made in connection with the predecessor Eiskalte Engel .

Ice Cold Angels 3 is about Prestridge College students and their intrigues. The main characters are Jason, Patrick and Cassidy Merteuil, the cousin of Kathryn Merteuil from Ice Cold Angels .

At the beginning of the new semester, old friends and enemies meet again in Santa Barbara. Jason, who is in love with the depraved Cassidy, but is repeatedly rejected by her, allies with Patrick, the newcomer, in order to get revenge on her.

After Patrick has slept with the proud Cassidy and then shows up on her date with the noble Christopher, so that this becomes a fiasco for her , she decides to play the two traitors against each other and incites them to a competition.

During an excursion to the art class, Jason is supposed to try to relax Sheila from her friend Michael. Patrick also wants to conquer Alison, who, however, has a fiancé. This is how the competition begins, the winner of which can now claim the shared student room for himself.

First, Patrick tries to get Alison to bed with a confession of love. After this fails and he has also made Alison think about their relationship, he changes tactics. He puts the girl crush Brent on her and takes photos as evidence of their nocturnal encounters. He then uses the photos to blackmail Alison into sex.

At the same time, Jason takes the initiative and seduces Sheila in the student room while she is supposed to be on the phone with Michael.

The latter becomes suspicious, which is only reinforced by Cassidy. She suggests that they get back at them by hugging them tightly and kissing them. But Jason still has Cassidy in mind.

Since neither Jason nor Patrick want to be satisfied with a draw in this competition, they make a new bet: Whoever has Cassidy in bed first wins.

When Patrick suddenly appears in her room, Cassidy seems to respond to him first. After he tied her to the bed and slept with her, Jason shows up. It turns out that he wanted to set a trap together with Cassidy Patrick: Because they called the police. Cassidy reports to the police that Patrick raped her. Abrasions on her wrists seem to confirm this version. Patrick is also burdened by Alison. He is arrested and taken away.

At the end of the film, Cassidy explains to Jason that she just got involved in the game to get back into the gang and declares her relationship with him over.

The Lexicon of International Films described the film as a "solid thriller based on the scandalous epistolary novel" Les liaisons dangereuses "by Choderlos de Laslos (1782)".
