Ekkehard Lieberam

Ekkehard Lieberam (born August 21, 1937 in Braunschweig ) is a German constitutional lawyer and publicist. He headed the class analysis @ BRD project of the DKP -related political association Marx-Engels-Stiftung from 2003 to 2011 and is chairman of the Marxist Forum in Saxony.

Life

Lieberam was a member of the SPD and moved to the GDR on March 1, 1957. There he was professor for state theory and constitutional law at the Academy of Sciences of the GDR and at the Institute for International Studies at the Karl Marx University in Leipzig . He had been a member of the SED since 1964 . 1989 PDS member and today a member of Die Linke .

From 1992 he worked for eight years as an employee or advisor for legal policy in the PDS parliamentary group in the Bundestag.

In addition to his work as a scientist and editor, he works as an author and commentator a. a. for the daily newspaper Junge Welt .

He is a critic of the politics and strategy of the party Die Linke.
