The power station Schwyz AG (EMS), based in Ibach is a Stromversorgerin in Switzerland . The company, organized under private law, was founded in 1896. Centralschweizerische Kraftwerke AG (CKW Group) holds 90% of the company's shares , private individuals hold 7%, the remaining 3% are owned by municipalities.
