Elemér Ragályi
Elemér Ragályi (born April 18, 1939 in Rákosmente , Budapest ) is a Hungarian cameraman .
Life
Elemér Ragályi had been working at Mafilm Studios in various functions since 1957, before studying with György Illés at the Budapest Film School Színház- és Filmmûvészeti Fõiskolas until 1968 . It was followed in 1969 with the drama Sziget a szárazföldön, his first feature film as a cameraman. From 1988 he worked internationally, primarily in Hollywood , and was responsible as a cameraman for films such as The Phantom of the Opera , Jakob the Liar and Anne Frank .
