Ella Morgen is a German actress.She was born on January 8, 1999 .

Life

Morgen was born and raised in Berlin , interrupted by a stay with her parents in Thailand .

Even as a small child, she took regular dance, acting and singing lessons. B. in the musical school Stagecoach in Berlin.

She regularly attended workshops that included improvisational theater and method acting , among others in the "Tankstelle Berlin" and in the acting classes of Kristiane Kupfer .

Morgen danced ballet , street dance , hip-hop and later jazz dance from an early age .

Career

In 2016, Morgen stood on stage for the play House of Illusions based on Jean Genet's The Balcony by Katharina von Schlieffen in the theater alongside Langston Uibel and embodied the customers' fantasies in various roles as an employee of the brothel.

In 2017 she took on the lead role in the short film Lie by Oona Devi Liebich . Here in the morning a young girl played on heroin withdrawal, who shortly afterwards suffocated her own friend with a pillow.

Morgen had the supporting role of Stella in the TV tragicomedy We love life , staged by Sherry Hormann for ZDF and first broadcast in April 2018. In 2019, Morgen took on one of the two leading roles in the ZDF drama Das Versuchen , directed by Till Endemann . Tomorrow 16-year-old Jule plays, who suffers from affective dysregulation and repeatedly has to struggle with outbursts in which she cannot control her emotions and loses self-control. In order to learn how to deal with her illness, she is receiving outpatient treatment.

Morgen also took on other guest and supporting roles, including in Großstadtrevier - Das neue Revier , and Soko Wismar .

In the feature film Angel of Death , directed by Jakob Ziemnicki , Morgen played alongside Peter Lohmeyer and Anne Ratte-Polle the role of the young Margarethe Paulus, who was trained as a young girl in the GDR to target killing.

Among other things, she will be seen in Zurich Krimi - Borchert und die eiskalte Herz directed by Roland Suso Richter in 2020 , as well as probably in the 4th season of Jerks alongside Christian Ulmen and Fahri Yardım .
