The Elmche is an approximately 1.5 km long, northwest and right tributary of the Wesebach in Meinerzhagen in the North Rhine-Westphalian Märkisches Kreis .

The Elmche rises northwest of Ebberg near Meinerzhagen at about 467  m above sea level. NHN and flows first to the southeast, after about 200 m the Elmche reaches the village of Ebberg and swings to the east.
