Emanuele Zonzini

Emanuele Zonzini (born February 17, 1994 ) is a San Marinese automobile racing driver . He started in the GP3 series in 2013 .

Career

Zonzini began his motorsport career in formula racing in 2011 . For Composit Motorsport he started in Formula Abarth . For the last race weekend of the season, he switched to Euronova Racing by Fortec . Zonzini's best single placement was third. He was twelfth in the Italian and 13th in the European standings. In 2012 Zonzini stayed with Euronova Racing by Fortec in Formula Abarth. He won a race and was on the podium nine times. Zonzini came third in the Italian and fifth in the European standings, while his teammate Nicolas Costa won both ratings. He also took part in four Alpine Formula Renault races for AV Formula .

For the 2013 season , Zonzini received a cockpit in the GP3 series at Trident Racing . He stayed - in contrast to his teammates Giovanni Venturini and David Fumanelli - without points and finished the season in 25th place overall.
