The company was founded in 1906 in Stuttgart by Emil Löffelhardt (1877–1954) as a sole proprietorship and representative of the Rheydt cable works. The company is a fourth generation family business . At the beginning of 2018, the company's headquarters were moved from Fellbach to the former Bauknecht site in Schorndorf.
Divisions
