Ulsletten has been participating in the Ticket to Ride World Snowboard Tour competitions since 2008 . In January 2011, he won his first victory in slopestyle at the Protest World Rookie Fest in Livigno . In April 2011 he won the Protest World Rookie Finals in Ischgl . He drove his first FIS World Cup race in October 2011 in London , which he finished in 22nd place in Big Air . At the Snowboard World Championships in Oslo in 2012 , he finished 22nd in slopestyle. In the 2012/13 season he took third place in the Big Air competition at the O'Neill Evolution in Davos and first place in the slopestyle at The Shred Show in Whistler . In his first Olympic participation in Sochi in 2014 , he came 21st in slopestyle. In the 2014/15 season he won in slopestyle at the Burton High Fives in Cardrona and in big air at Air & Style in Beijing . The following season he was third in Big Air at the Norgescup in Trysil and took 16th place in Big Air at the X-Games Oslo 2016. At the Snowboard World Championships 2016 in Yabuli , he came 19th in Slopestyle and 14th Place in Big Air. In the 2016/17 season he won in Slopestyle at the Spring Battle in Flachauwinkl and in Big Air at the Norwegian Championships. At the X-Games Norway 2017 in Hafjell , he finished 15th in Slopestyle and 14th in Big Air.
