Emil von Czarlinski

Emil von Czarlinski-Schedlin , Polish: Emil Czarliński, (born May 5, 1833 in Chwarzno , † March 21, 1913 in Kulm ) was the owner of the manor and member of the Reichstag of the North German Confederation .

Life

Czarlinski studied law in Breslau and was an auscultator in Samter for 1¼ years . In 1860 he was elected district administrator of the Strasburg district , but not confirmed. In 1864, involved in the Poland trial, he was placed under Sequester and after six months in pre-trial detention, he was put out of prosecution. He was the owner of a manor on Brochnowko .

From 1867 he was a member of the Reichstag of the North German Confederation and the Customs Parliament for the constituency of Danzig 4 ( Neustadt / West Prussia , Karthaus ) and the Polish parliamentary group . He voted against the federal constitution and the incorporation of the former Polish parts of the country into the federal government. From 1867 to 1870 and from 1873 to 1879 he was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives .

He was the brother of the Reichstag member Leon von Czarlinski .
