Emily Bevan
Emily Grace Bevan (born August 11, 1982 in Shrewsbury , Shropshire , England ) is a British actress .
Life
Bevan was born in Shrewsbury in 1982, the youngest of four children . She completed her acting training at the Central School of Speech and Drama.
At first, Bevan was mainly seen in smaller roles in films and television productions.
Bevan made her international breakthrough in 2013 with the role of the zombie Amy in the British television series In the Flesh . Amy had previously died of leukemia and was grateful for her chance to return as a zombie.
In 2015, Bevan portrayed Mary Fairbrother in A Sudden Death , a three-part English television series based on the novel by Joanne K. Rowling . In the same year she played Salit in the Bible drama The Ark . Salit marries Noah's eldest son Shem ( Michael J. Fox ), with whom she wants to start a family and build a house. Bevan flew to Morocco to shoot the film . In addition, Bevan was in eight episodes of the television series Doc Martin as a psychotherapist Dr. See Rachel Timoney.
In addition to her appearances in film and television, Beven can also be seen in the theater. For example, in 2011 she played The Sea in the play The Old Man and the Sea at Riverside Studios . The play is based on the novel The Old Man and the Sea by Ernest Hemingway .
