Emily Chepar Kimuria

Emily Chepar Kimuria (born June 10, 1975 ) is a Kenyan long-distance runner who specializes in road running.

In 2002 she won the premiere of the Linz Marathon and came second in the HC Andersen Marathon . In the following year she won the Kempten Half Marathon and the Altötting Half Marathon and came second in the Berlin Marathon .

In 2004 she finished fourth in the Berlin Half Marathon , won the Hamburg Marathon , defended her title in Altötting and came second in the Amsterdam Marathon .

A victory in the Venice Marathon in 2005 was followed in 2006 by fourth place in Hamburg and Amsterdam, a victory in the Greifensee run and third place in the Singapore marathon .

In 2008 she finished second in the Prague Marathon , in 2009 fourth in Hamburg, third in the Route du Vin and sixth in Singapore.
