Emma Nilsson (born November 18, 1993 in Torsby ) is a Swedish biathlete .

Emma Nilsson lives in Brandsbol in the municipality of Sunne and starts for SK Bore Biathlon , previously for Brandsbols SK . She trains in Team Torsby Biathlon with other Swedish up-and-coming athletes in her hometown. She made her international debut at the 2012 Biathlon Junior World Championships in Kontiolahti , where she achieved her best result with 21st place in the individual. A year later she was 52nd in both individual and sprint in Obertilliach . In 2014 , in Presque Isle , finishing 18th was again the best individual race for Nilsson.

In the women's category, Nilsson first started the 2012/13 season in Idre in the IBU Cup and finished 63rd in a sprint race. A year later she improved her personal best in her second sprint to 46th place. Nilsson has been part of Sweden's World Cup team since the 2014/15 season . In her first World Cup race, an individual in Östersund , she was 56. Even after that, she was always part of the Swedish team, except in Hochfilzen . While initially not even the relay of a Swedish team under construction could achieve top ten placements, Nilsson managed to win World Cup points for the first time in Ruhpolding with a 38th place in the sprint.
