Ems-Hunte-Weg is the name of a regional hiking trail of the Wiehengebirgsverband Weser-Ems . The path is 86 kilometers long and leads from Leer an der Ems to Oldenburg an der Hunte .

Routing

The Ems-Hunte-Weg begins in the East Frisian town of Leer at the train station, leads through the lowlands of the Leda and Jümme towards the east into the Ammerland . Here the path leads to the Geest through ancient farmland. The route continues via Westerstede to Bad Zwischenahn . From here to the end point in Oldenburg, the Ems-Hunte-Weg runs parallel to the Jadeweg .

The route is flat and easy to manage in 3 to 4 daily stages. The path is marked with a white "bascule bridge" on a black background.
