Eric Albert Jespersen (born October 18, 1961 in Port Alberni ) is a former Canadian sailor .
successes
Eric Jespersen took twice with Ross MacDonald in the boat class Star to the Olympic Games in part. In 1992 in Barcelona they managed to win the bronze medal when they finished third with 62.7 points behind the Americans Mark Reynolds and Hal Haenel and the New Zealanders Donald Cowie and Rod Davis . Four years later , however, they did not get past 14th place in Atlanta . In between, they became world champions together in San Diego in 1994 and European champions in Cascais in 1995 .
In 1983 and 1987 he started at the Louis Vuitton Cup .
