Erich Heinrich Biederbeck (born May 17, 1914 in Hagen ; † June 17, 2000 in Bremen ) was a German lawyer in the judiciary, local government and business.

Biederbeck was initially a local court advisor and city director in Hagen. On July 16, 1959, with the votes of the SPD and FDP, he was elected senior city director of Göttingen . During his tenure, the Göttingen Act came into force in 1964 . With the incorporation of Geismar , Grone , Nikolausberg and Weende , Göttingen became a major city. On August 31, 1968, he resigned from office and moved to Kassel as spokesman for the board of the then "Elektrizitäts-Aktiengesellschaft Mitteldeutschland" (EAM) . He was also President of the Kassel Chamber of Commerce and Industry from 1974 to 1983.

During his studies in Munich he became a member of the Christian student union Munich Wingolf in 1934 and in 1967 Philistine of the Göttingen Wingolf .
