Erik Wøllo (born January 6, 1961 in Hemsedal ) is a Norwegian jazz and rock guitarist and composer.

Wøllo, who completed classical guitar training, made his debut as a professional musician in 1980. In 1983 his first album was released as a band leader: Where It All Begins (with Øystein Sevåg , Inge Norum and Jan Erik Salater ). In 1985 an album of electronic music was released: Traces .

Wøllo composed music for drama, film and ballet (including for Kjersti Thorbjørnsen and Teet Kask ). Together with Sven Påhlsson , he realized numerous music and video installations.
