Erika Tappe
Erika Tappe (born June 19, 1939 in Essen as Erika Wyneken ; † December 3, 2019 in Berlin ) was a German artist , voice actress , screenplay assistant , actress and author .
Life
Erika Tappe grew up in Essen and Ambach on Lake Starnberg . As a young woman in Munich she worked as a voice actress (e.g. title role in the German version of Adieu Philippine by Jacques Rozier ), screenwriting assistant and actress in supporting roles (e.g. Das ozeanische Fest ). In her first marriage to the archaeologist Ernst-Ludwig Schwandner , she traveled to excavations and created, among other things, a documentary film about the excavation of the Aphaia sanctuary on the Greek island of Aegina . Erika Tappe lived in Berlin with her second husband, the architect, artist, illustrator and author Hans-Christian Tappe .
Artistic creation
Painting and installations
Erika Tappe first learned autodidactically, then from Susanne Stolzenberg, Reinhard Stangl , Franz Grabmayr and Peter Herrmann . She traveled, drew and painted with her second husband Hans-Christian Tappe and exhibited her works in Europe and Russia . Her wide repertoire ranges from installations, oil paintings and drawings, from abstraction to naturalism . She was an active (founding) member of the artist group Galerie Futura in Berlin .
