Erin Moriarty (born June 24, 1994 in New York City , New York ) is an American actress .

life and career

Erin Moriarty was born in New York City , where she also grew up. She has been an actress since 2010 and first appeared in the soap opera Love, Lies, Passion .

This was followed by guest appearances in series and supporting roles in films such as Kings of Summer and The Philosophers - Who Survives? . In 2013 she played a recurring role as Natalie Walraven on the short-lived series Red Widow and also appeared in True Detective . In 2015 she played the role of Hope Shlottman in the first season of the Netflix series Marvel's Jessica Jones . A year later she took on a supporting role in Captain Fantastic . Since 2019 she has played in the comic adaptation The Boys and embodies Starlight .
