Ernst Fischer (District Administrator)

Ernst Fischer (born October 21, 1892 in Altkirch near Guttstadt ; † September 22, 1976 in Münster ) was a German administrative lawyer and from 1927 to 1933 district administrator in the Heilsberg district of the Prussian province of East Prussia . After the end of the war, he worked from 1946 to 1959 as senior district director in the Lower Saxony district of Aschendorf-Hümmling . Dr. Ernst Fischer was also the spokesman for the Heilsberg district community and was awarded the Prussian shield in 1968 .

He was a member of the Catholic student associations KDStV Ripuaria Freiburg im Breisgau and AV Tuisconia Königsberg.
