Ernst Karl Pakuscher
Ernst Karl Pakuscher (born August 26, 1921 ) is a German lawyer .
Life
Pakuscher studied law with Eduard Reimer at the Humboldt University in Berlin and received his doctorate in 1951 on copyright . He was a judge at the Federal Administrative Court . From October 18, 1972 to August 1986, he was President of the Federal Patent Court in Munich. He is an honorary professor at the University of Regensburg .
Pakuscher has lived in Berlin since he retired.
