Rudolf Neumar

Rudolf Neumar (born April 29, 1919 in Bamberg , † April 15, 1972 in Munich ) was a German lawyer .

Life

After graduating from high school in 1937, Neumar began studying law at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg , which he was only able to continue at the University of Erlangen in 1946 after a break of several years due to military service and a prisoner of war , where he also received his doctorate in 1949. During his studies in 1949 he became a member of the student association KDSt.V. Fredericia Bamberg in the CV . He passed the two state examinations in law and entered the Bavarian judicial service in 1950. In 1951 he came to the German Patent Office in Munich. From 1958 to 1961 he was a research assistant at the Federal Court of Justice and, after the establishment of the Federal Patent Court, became Senate Councilor there, Senate President in 1970 and finally its President on July 18, 1971. After nine months in office, he died on April 15, 1972 of a heart condition.
