Ernst Ludwig Grubitz

Ernst Ludwig Grubitz (born December 16, 1876 in Coppenbrügge , † August 1, 1936 in Hildesheim ) was a German administrative lawyer.

Life

Grubitz was a son of the chief magistrate Grubitz in Coppenbrügge. He first studied law at the Ruprecht-Karls-University . In 1898 he was in the Corps Vandalia Heidelberg recipiert . As an inactive he moved to the Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität zu Berlin . In 1901 he passed the legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court in Celle . In 1903 he came to Danzig as a government trainee . He was a government assessor in Altena (1906), later in Seelow , Rotenburg an der Fulda and Marienwerder . 1914–1917 he fought as a volunteer in World War I , most recently as a reserve lieutenant in the 1st Leib-Hussar Regiment No. 1 . 1917–1931 he was district administrator for the Bremervörde district . The district of Marienburg (Hanover) , based in Hildesheim, appointed him as district administrator in 1933. He wasn't 50 years old.
