Ernst Otto Marti

Ernst Otto Marti (born September 12, 1903 in St. Gallen ; † January 15, 1979 in Wetzikon / Canton Thurgau ) was a Swiss writer .

Life

Ernst Otto Marti worked as a primary school teacher in Marbach / Canton St. Gallen and in Aathal / Canton Zurich as a teacher in the Pestolozzi House Schönenwerd-Aathal. In addition, he wrote novels , stories and poems . Marti's narrative works mostly belong to the genre of the homeland novel and are often set in the Swiss Alps .
