Ernst Springer (administrative lawyer)

Ernst Springer (born March 4, 1862 in Copenhagen , † August 30, 1933 in Eutin ) was a German administrative lawyer.

Life

Ernst Springer studied at the University of Freiburg . In 1880 he became a member of the Corps Hasso-Borussia Freiburg . After graduating, he entered the Prussian civil service. In 1886 he became a government trainee in Merseburg and in 1889 a government assessor with the government in Erfurt . After a brief activity at the Breslau district office in 1892, Springer was district administrator for the Oldenburg in Holstein district from 1893 to 1919 . He was appointed a secret councilor. His achievements include the infrastructural development and mainland connection of the island of Fehmarn .
