The first league in 2011 was the 17th season of the second highest Kazakh division in men's football . The season started on April 24th and ended on October 23rd, 2011.

Together with master and climber Sunkar Qaskeleng, Oqschetpes Kökschetau and Aqschajyq Oral succeeded in direct resurgence.

The season started with 18 teams. These played against each other twice. With the increase in the Premjer League , three clubs rose this season. Instead of third-placed FK Ile-Saulet, who did without, fourth rose.
