Erwin Waldemar Schramm (born July 6, 1910 in Krappitz , † September 28, 1977 in Tübingen ) was a German politician ( NSDAP ).

Live and act

After attending primary school and advanced school, Schramm worked as a volunteer at the city administration in Zülz . From 1926 to 1930 he earned his living as a cashier in this city.

In October 1930 Schramm founded the NSDAP's local group Zülz together with his brother, who died in clashes with communists in 1932. In the party, Schramm was initially active as a political leader. In the SA he served as SA leader from 1930 to 1931. From 1931 to 1932 he was the local group leader and deputy district leader of the Neustadt district of the NSDAP. Then he acted from 1932 to 1934 as head of Gaul propaganda and intelligence service in Upper Silesia and from October 1934 to March 1935 he headed a branch of the Reich Ministry for Public Enlightenment and Propaganda in the Opole administrative region . In April 1935 he was Gauamtsleiter of the Gauamt for local politics in Gau Silesia . In 1935 and 1936 Schramm worked as a district inspector in the Gau Silesia. On December 1, 1936 he was appointed head of the Gauamt für Kommunalpolitik. In the SA he was appointed Sturmhauptführer at that time.

From March 29, 1936 until the end of the Nazi regime in spring 1945, Schramm was a member of the National Socialist Reichstag for constituency 9 (Opole) .

From the beginning of February 1941 he headed the Gauamt für Kommunalpolitik in Gau Oberschlesien . Schramm became a Reich speaker of the NSDAP and in 1943 was promoted to SA Obersturmbannführer.

In the Federal Republic of Germany he ran for the DRP with the occupation of administrative clerk in Baden-Württemberg unsuccessfully for the Bundestag elections in 1957 and 1961 as well as unsuccessfully for the NPD in the Bundestag elections in 1965 and 1969 .
