Eskigedik is a village ( Köy ) in the Ovacık district of the Turkish province of Tunceli . In 2011 there were 11 people living in Eskigedik. The village was cleared and abandoned in the 1990s and later repopulated. The earlier names are Birimuşağı and Birman.
