The website laut.de gave the album four out of a possible five points:
“Most of the songs are kept calm, with relaxed piano and flamenco guitar loops. Esperanto, the title song and also the first single, is just awesome and makes you want to mix up languages with the bobbing beats. And the rest of the record doesn't disappoint. Freundeskreis have learned to clearly sell their message of freedom and brotherhood without being annoying missionary. You like to listen to their stories and get the feeling: Hey, these guys are serious. "
