Eva Štěpánčíková (born December 11, 1972 in Přerov , Czechoslovakia ) is a former Czech volleyball player .

Eva Štěpánčíková played for the home club SK UP Olomouc until 1995 , with whom she was three times Czech champions and twice cup winners. She then played in the German Bundesliga at USC Münster , with which she won the German Championship and the DVV Cup twice. In addition, she was the 1996 CEV Cup winner . During this time she took top positions in the rankings of German volleyball in the categories of pass and serve. In 1998 Eva Štěpánčíková moved to Italy and became Italian runner-up with Medinex Reggio Calabria . She then played for the league rivals Latte Lucano Matera , Pallavolo Reggio Emilia and Pallavolo Palermo . From 2003 to 2005 the setter was active at Hotel Cantur Las Palmas , with whom she twice won the Spanish runner-up. After one season each in Turkey and Switzerland with Zeiler Köniz , she ended her career in Spain with CV Jamper Aguere in La Laguna .

Eva Štěpánčíková played 250 times in the Czechoslovak and Czech senior national team . In 1994 and 2002 she took part in the World Cup. At the European Championships in the Czech Republic in 1993 she came second and at the European Championships in the Czech Republic in 1997 , she finished third.
