action

Michal Nor is returning home after several years abroad. In addition to his aunt Pavlína, known as Pa, he is also waiting for his sister Eva, who has just returned from the girls' boarding school .

The aunt will soon be celebrating her 60th birthday, and Eva knows that she has been interested in learning how to grow roses from neighbor Záhorský for years. Because her aunt doesn't get along well with the manufacturer, Eva decides to be employed as a secretary for the Záhorskýs in order to simply steal the instructions.

But not only Eva pursues her plans in the Záhorský's house, her brother Michal also appears there and pretends to be the English lord named Johny Camel in order to win the heart of the manufacturer's daughter, Eliška. Secretary Kučera, on the other hand, tries to find the family jewelry that has meanwhile been stolen.

The result is a hopeless mess, but in the end it all ends well: the pieces of jewelry reappear, Michal becomes engaged to Eliška and Eva not only receives instructions on how to grow roses from the manufacturer Záhorský, but also wins the heart of secretary Kučera.
