Eveline Hall
Eveline Hall (born October 25, 1945 in Greifswald ) is a German model , actress , singer and ballet dancer .
Life
Hall grew up in Hamburg. Her mother was a dancer, her father the actor Kurt Klopsch . She earned her first money as a ballerina at the age of eight. Later she danced as a solo dancer at the Hamburg State Opera , her mentors were the ballet director Peter van Dyk and the artistic director Rolf Liebermann . She later worked as a showgirl in Las Vegas and as an actress on various stages - in Basel, Hamburg, Munich and Strasbourg. She has also appeared in film and television.
In January 2011, fashion designer Michael Michalsky sent her onto the catwalk at the age of 65. At 68, she is one of the oldest and most sought-after models internationally.
In June 2015 she released her debut album entitled Just a Name . The content of her songs revolves around her life, which - as Hall describes - runs like a red thread through the album. A music video for the single Carved Into a Stone of Kim Frank was filmed in Iceland. In addition to nine original songs, the album also includes covers of Riders on the Storm and The House of the Rising Sun . Two of her songs are in French and the others in English .
Hall made several appearances on television, including 2012 at Markus Lanz and at Der Salon on Tuesday . Also in 2015 at Inas Nacht , Menschen heute and RTL Nord .
In November and December 2017 she was the presenter of the eighth season of Austria's Next Topmodel on ATV . In 2018 she played the role of the fog witch in the film adaptation of Otfried Preussler's Die kleine Hexe .
