Evelyn Fauth (born November 27, 1976 in Sankt Peter im Sulmtal ) is a former Austrian tennis player .

Career

Evelyn Fauth played on the WTA Tour from 1993 to 2005 . She achieved her best placement in the individual world rankings on May 20, 2002 with rank 127. Fauth on the WTA Tour she could not record any success for herself. At the ITF level, she was victorious in five individual tournaments and one double competition.

Fauth was able to qualify for the main field of the US Open in 2001 . After beating Anne-Gaëlle Sidot , she lost in the second round just under three sets against Virginia Ruano Pascual .

Fauth played five times for Austria in the Fed Cup in 2002 and 2003 , but she couldn't win a match.
