Express AM3 is a television satellite owned by the Russian Satellite Communications Company (RSCC) based in Moscow . It was launched on June 24, 2005 and is the fifth satellite in the Express AM series. The satellite went into operation on August 29, 2005 and replaced the outdated Gorizon 25 at 140.0 ° East .
