Föhrer Volksbank eG
The establishment of the oldest forerunner institute took place with the entry in the cooperative register of the then district court Wyk on May 14th, 1892. On July 24th, 1902 a change in the register with the name Föhrer Kreditverein eGmbH with seat in Wyk auf Föhr took place. With a new statute of October 20, 1970, the company name was changed to Föhrer Volksbank eG .
Raiffeisenbank Föhr eG
In 1902, another credit cooperative was founded on the island of Föhr under the name Föhrer Spar- und Kreditskasse eG , based in Wyk auf Föhr. Their name was changed in 1975 to Raiffeisenbank Föhr eG .
Föhrer Bank eG
In 1991 the two cooperative banks on the island of Föhr merged. From the Föhrer Volksbank eG and Raiffeisenbank eG Foehr originated Föhrer eG .
Raiffeisenbank Amrum eG
Raiffeisenbank Amrum eG was founded on the island of Amrum in 1928 and is based in Nebel.
Föhr-Amrumer Bank eG
On August 1, 2000, Föhrer Bank eG and Raiffeisenbank Amrum eG finally merged to form Föhr-Amrumer Bank eG with headquarters in Wyk auf Föhr.
