The FC Linthouse was a Scottish football club from Linthouse , a suburb of Glasgow .
history
FC Linthouse was founded in 1881 and emerged from a local athletic club . From 1891, the club played as a member of the Scottish Football Alliance in the first regulated football championships. In 1895 Linthouse FC left the association and moved to the Scottish Football League . Already from the 1895/96 season he played in Division Two . Until the dissolution in 1900, the Linties played in five seasons of Division Two.
