mobilkom liechtenstein AG (brand identity: FL 1 ) was a telecommunications company that operated mobile communications networks in Liechtenstein until August 26, 2014 . The company was a wholly-owned subsidiary of Telekom Austria . In Liechtenstein, FL 1 was in competition with Orange FL, Swisscom FL, and LI TANGO . With the merger in 2014, the company became part of Telecom Liechtenstein AG .

history

On November 16, 1999, mobilkom austria AG obtained the license to set up and operate a cellular network in Liechtenstein. Mobilkom liechtenstein AG began operations in September 2000 .

On July 8, 2010, mobilkom austria AG was merged with Telekom Austria TA AG . In the course of this merger, the non-Austrian subsidiaries of mobilkom austria AG were subordinated to Telekom Austria. This is why mobilkom liechtenstein AG had been a 100 percent subsidiary of Telekom Austria since 2010 .

In a letter dated June 30, 2014, mobilkom liechtenstein AG informed customers that it was merging with Telecom Liechtenstein . The merger was approved on August 27, 2014 and mobilkom liechtenstein AG was incorporated into Telecom Liechtenstein AG.

The area code for the network of FL 1 is +423 79 (now connected to Telecom Liechtenstein).
