Career
Aupperle started playing soccer at SV Unterweissach . Via FC Viktoria Backnang and TSG Backnang , he got to the juniors of VfB Stuttgart . With Stuttgart he played in the U-19 Bundesliga on the side of the later national players Serdar Tasci and Andreas Beck . In addition, he was still used in a game of the club's second team in the Regionalliga Süd while he was still a youth . With the A-Juniors he qualified for the final round of the German A-Juniors Championship in the 2004/05 season . After SpVgg Greuther Fürth was defeated in the semifinals on penalties, VfB won the final against VfL Bochum 1-0 in Celle .
After his junior years, Fabian Aupperle moved to SG Sonnenhof Großaspach in the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg in summer 2005 . After he only came to three missions in his first league season, the left-footed central defender developed into a regular player in the following season. Due to a torn cruciate ligament in July 2007, he had to pause the entire preliminary round of the 2007/08 season due to injury. In 2009 he was with the SG Sonnenhof Großaspach master of the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg and rose with the club in the Regionalliga Süd and was able to achieve relegation in the following season.
For the 2010/11 season, Aupperle moved to 1. FC Heidenheim in the third division and received a contract until 2012. He played his first professional game on July 24, 2010, when he lost 2-1 away at FC Carl Zeiss Jena was on the grid. In his first year he was the regular defender of the Swabians and played 30 games this season. In preparation for the new season, however, he tore his tendon and by the time he returned, the central defense had reformed. That is why he used the opportunity to move to Wacker Burghausen within the 3rd division during the winter break . There he took over a regular position in the defense and completed 14 games in the second half of the season. After the end of the 2012/13 season , Aupperle left Burghausen again.
He moved to TSG 1899 Hoffenheim , for whose regional league team he played. In January 2015 he returned to SG Sonnenhof Großaspach, which had meanwhile been promoted to the 3rd division. Aupperle only played there until the end of the season. He moved to FC Erding in the Upper Bavarian District League.
