Fabian Eder

Fabian Eder (born July 1, 1963 in Vienna ) is an Austrian filmmaker, director , cameraman and author .

Life

After graduating from high school, Fabian Eder studied at the Vienna Film Academy and has worked as a cameraman since the late 1980s. He made his directorial debut with the literary adaptation of Barbara Frischmuth's novel Die Schrift des Freundes . He is the son of the director and actor Otto Anton Eder and the actress Bibiana Zeller and is married to the actress Katharina Stemberger .
