Fabio Rovazzi

Fabio Rovazzi (born Fabio Piccolrovazzi in Milan on January 18, 1994 ) is an Italian singer , internet comedian and actor who became known in 2016 for the success of his satirical song Andiamo a comandare .

Career

Rovazzi comes from the Lambrate district of Milan in the northeast of the city. He attended the art high school there , which he dropped out of without a Matura . Through jobs in discos , he came into contact with video production. In November 2014, he started posting short videos on his Facebook page. His contributions are mainly of a humorous nature, Rovazzi sees himself as a "web comedian ". As his popularity grew, he worked with various Italian web video producers as well as the rapper Fedez . In June 2015 Fedez released the music video Non c'è due senza trash , in which Rovazzi also appeared alongside J-Ax and Rocco Siffredi . Rovazzi also appeared on J-Ax's late night show Sorci verdi on Rai 2 in late 2015 .

In early 2016, Rovazzi also opened a YouTube channel. On February 28, the video for Rovazzi's first song Andiamo a comandare , which he published on Universal Music , was released. Other YouTubers as well as J-Ax & Fedez have guest appearances in the video . The satirical song reached an unexpected popularity, rose to the top 10 of the Italian charts at the end of June and has now brought Rovazzi five times platinum through streaming . As a result, he also performed at the 2016 Coca-Cola Summer Festival . At the end of the year, Rovazzi released Tutto moltointeresting, the second single, which also topped the charts.

On May 19, 2017, Rovazzi returned with the music video for Volare , in which Gianni Morandi was also involved , after shortly before he had a guest appearance in the video Senza pagare by J-Ax and Fedez . In the video (besides J-Ax and Fedez) u. a. See coauthor Danti and Lodovica Comello . In 2018 the film Il vegetale by Gennaro Nunziante was released , in which Rovazzi played the leading role alongside Luca Zingaretti .
