The half-timbered house on Heidelberger Landstrasse was built in 1707. The residential building that defines the townscape is an eaves - standing half-timbered building with a steep, beaver- tailed gable roof .
Notable details are:
- an unusual half-timbered configuration made of oak , with curved struts and a wickerwork of curved diamonds and St. Andrew's crosses in the window parapet fields on the first floor
- a massive ground floor - rebuilt at a later date - with sandstone window frames
Monument protection
In 1984 the half-timbered house was restored . For architectural and city history reasons, the building is a cultural monument .
