The game itself is free of charge, it is financed through a cash item shop, which enables you to redecorate your character for money.

background

Fantasy Tennis is a tennis game in which the players create a character like in an online role-playing game and improve their skills by leveling up the property values strength (STR), endurance (STA), dexterity (DEX) and cleverness (Wil). As an opponent you have primarily human players in order to be able to measure yourself against them. Several players can join together to form tennis clubs ( guilds ), for which a battle function ( raid ) is currently being planned. In addition, the property values can be increased by using special items of clothing, each with extra capabilities. These are available in the item shop and can be paid for using either the cash currency alaplaya Points (AP) or the in-game currency gold. Popular items included the speaker, which the game falsely described as an improved version of itself, the Wing of Memory, for which the player spent AP every month to reset their stats, or the so-called gachas, a more expensive variant, to to get to QS. The game itself takes place in the parallel world FantasyLand and takes place on different courts such as Nest Of Rubycrab, Twinkle Town, Snow Moon, Life Woods, Emerald Beach, Arena, Deva Berg or Atlantis.

Game modes

In addition to the basic mode, which is played in doubles or singles according to the official tennis rules , there is the battlemode, in which 2-4 players play until one side has run out of life points . The player loses these life points either through missed balls or through items picked up by the opponent, with which attacks such as fireballs, meteors or blizzards can be carried out. Both game modes can also be played with an NPC pet named Battlemon. Together with up to four other players you can play against one or more bosses , so-called guardians. After every victory there is the chance to win special items from which rare items can be made using recipes . To communicate with other players, there are chat meeting points, which are either on the game courts or in the house mode. These houses can be furnished with furniture, carpets and wallpaper by the person who opens the room, and other items can be found in their gardens by fishing and shaking trees. There is also a quest mode in which players can complete tasks.

Club match

The long-awaited Clubmatch system has been part of the game since 2010. Clubmatch was initially announced in the beta, but never made it into Season 1.

Clubs play against each other based on a ranking list. Members of the various clubs can duel in Basic 2vs2 and Battle 2vs2 to get points for their clubs. There are two points if you win, and one point if you lose. The points flow directly into the ranking so that every club member can help.

The respective club matches took place every Wednesday from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The ranking is then evaluated and the first placed player plays against the current Clubmatch winner in a final consisting of the following game modes:

  • Basic 1vs1 (1 point)
  • Basic 2vs2 (2 points)
  • Battle 1vs1 (1 point)
  • Battle 2vs2 (2 points)
  • Battlemon (1 point)

The winner can call the club lock their own for one week, which means that the club can earn individually set club gold.
