Federico Barrandeguy , full name Federico Barrandeguy Martino , (born May 8, 1996 in Ombúes de Lavalle ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

The 1.76 meter tall defensive player Barrandeguy has been in the squad of the Uruguayan first division club Montevideo Wanderers since the 2014/15 season . In the 2014/15 season he was used three times (no goal) in the Primera División and once (no goal) in the 2015 Copa Libertadores . Two more first division appearances followed in the 2015/16 season (no goal).

After his contract with the Wanderers expired at the end of 2019, Barrandeguy moved to Brazil for Botafogo FR from Rio de Janeiro in January 2020 . At the club he received a two-year contract.
